Dalton Terrell


Dalton Terrell, FFI Certified Casting Instructor

Dalton is a long time member of the club and took the helm after our founder's departure. He is a very passionate fly fisherman, fishing for anything that swims. He can be found on rivers near or far, and often stays a little too late at our Beer Ties. When not out fishing, he works as an economist and enjoys taking photos and cooking. Trent Jones, FFI Certified Casting Instructor

Trent is an avid outdoorsman who has been fishing the waters of the Old Dominion since he picked up fly fishing in 2004. Although his favorite type of fishing often involves a lengthy hike through the mountains, you will often find him plying his local waters, usually the Potomac, for whatever fish is willing to play. Art Noglak

Art is an avid fly fishermen, fly tier and instructor. He discovered his passion for fly fishing in Cleveland, Ohio chasing steelhead, smallmouth and many other species throughout the Great Lakes region. Since moving to NOVA in 2014, Art has come to appreciate the great diversity the Potomac River has to offer. Art enjoys teaching others how to fish our nations river with a fly rod. Rob Snowhite

Rob Snowhite is the local Fly Fishing Consultant, offering guided trips on the Potomac and other local waters. He is a prolific fly tyer, specializing in unconventional materials. Davis Walker

Davis Walker

Davis picked up fly fishing at age 10, fishing farm ponds and creeks for bass with his father and grandfather. He now enjoys fishing for any species that is in season and avidly targets trout, bass, and the elusive snakehead. Dan Davala, FFI Master Certified Casting Instructor

Dan founded the Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders in April of 2009 to draw attention to the world class fly fishing we have available in our Nation's River. Dan has since moved to Vermont but left a lasting legacy on the club.
